Whether the Occupy movement will succeed in its aims or not, one thing is undeniable: it has created a unique centre for reflection and debates about the contemporary society, open to all and absolutely free of charge. When one visits the space, doesn’t consume or buy any goods, but exchanges information and learns with others in an welcoming and informal environment.
The videos bellow where recorded at the bottom of St. Paul’s Cathedral and depict David Harvey and Manuel Castells giving a speech about the movement itself as well as the current economical and political international context. If you appreciate it, please send and share with as many people as possible. Let’s make the independent information stream even stronger!
